Food Source Vietnam Team was delighted to be part of the Taste of Australia 2023 Big BBQ with over 1000 invited guests gathering at Hanoi’s iconic Citadel for a night to remember!

Chef & Restaurateur Luke Nguyen hosted live video feeds to the stage from the massive BBQ stations with our Black Angus Short Ribs – Mulwarra Black Angus and Whole Lamb Carcass – Mulwarra Lamb.

Thanks to the Australian Embassy for making us part of this great event & Daewoo Hotel Hanoi for the catering and using our products. Looking forward to the 2024 Edition!
