The product launch of Turbot Filet from Spain was a huge success, thanks to our partners Prodemar, Stolt Sea Farm and Lien Viet Companies.
We would like to thank Chef Adrien Guenzi, Owner & Chef of Lüne Restaurant & Bar in HCMC, for collaborating with us on a fantastic event on 12th March. We introduced the wonderful fish to chefs, restaurant owners, and F&B professionals in HCMC.
Whether steamed, poached, grilled, baked, or raw, Turbot can be enjoyed in multiple ways and it always tastes delicious!
